These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the remote booking of services offered by our establishment.

The client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the sums paid in advance as deposits will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 8 days before arrival. After this period, the deposit paid will be kept and the balance of the reservation will be due.

The same applies to any booking made via other platforms (Booking/Expedia).

In accordance with the regulations in force in Morocco, the client will be asked, upon arrival, to present a valid ID which we will record in our hotel register.

The client agrees to respect the internal rules of the establishment. In the event of non-compliance or behavior contrary to good morals or public order, we may ask the client to leave the premises without refund of the deposits paid.

Reservations are payable in the establishment’s currency. Additional services such as the balance of the reservation and extra services such as transfers, excursions, meals, miscellaneous expenses, as well as tourist taxes, must be paid on-site. Prices include the VAT in force in Morocco.

The client provides their bank details as a guarantee for the reservation by credit card, according to the options offered by the establishment’s booking platform, by indicating in the space provided for this purpose (and whose entry is secured by SSL encryption), the card number without spaces between the figures, as well as its validity date. It is specified that the credit card used must be valid at the time the service is used. This prepayment is classified as a deposit. In the event of a reservation cancelled late or a no-show by the client, the establishment will charge the client for the balance due.
