You have the option to book directly, without using traditional platforms such as Booking or Expedia.
Simply use the BOOK ONLINE section and follow the steps. You will remain on the riad’s website and discover our available rooms according to your stay dates.
Click on the date and choose how many nights you would like to stay with us.
If you wish to book 2 rooms, you can add another room and indicate the number of guests using the MODIFY button.
All available rooms will appear based on your criteria. You can then SEARCH for the room(s) you wish to book, enter your contact details, and proceed to payment.
It will always be cheaper than booking through a platform!
Good news! When booking directly, you only pay 50% of the total reservation amount.
The balance, including the remaining 50%, tourist taxes, and any additional consumption, will be paid at the riad, in cash (Moroccan dirhams, euros, or US dollars) or via PayPal or Wise.
Tourist taxes of 25 dirhams (approx. €2.40) per night per person are not included in the reservation price.
In the event of cancellation, any payments received will be retained as follows:
- 100% if you cancel less than 8 days before your arrival date.
- 50% if you cancel between 8 and 15 days before your arrival date.
Any cancellation made less than 8 days before arrival or a no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the total amount (see our General Terms and Conditions).
Advice: Please book once your stay dates or flights are confirmed, as some availability may no longer be guaranteed in case of changes.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote booking of services offered by our establishment. The client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the client, any advance payments (deposits) will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival. After this 7-day period, the deposit paid will be retained. The same applies to any reservation made through our other platforms (Booking/Expedia).
In accordance with the regulations in force in Morocco, the client will be required, upon arrival, to present a valid form of identification, which will be recorded in our hotel register.
The client agrees to comply with the establishment’s internal rules. In the event of non-compliance or behavior contrary to public decency or public order, we reserve the right to ask the client to leave the premises without refund of any deposits paid.
The reservation is payable in the establishment’s currency. Additional services, such as the remaining balance of the reservation and extra services including transfers, excursions, meals, various consumptions, as well as tourist taxes, must be paid on site. Prices include the VAT applicable in Morocco.
The client provides their bank details as a guarantee for the reservation by credit card, according to the options offered by the establishment’s booking platform, by entering in the designated area (secured by SSL encryption) the card number without spaces between the digits, as well as its expiration date. It is specified that the credit card used must be valid at the time the service is provided. This prepayment is considered a deposit. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show by the client, the establishment will charge the remaining balance due. The establishment has chosen Stripe.com to secure online credit card payments. The validity of the client’s payment card is verified by Stripe.com.
